Konstantinos Koumakis is the Director of the Neurology Department of the Athens Eurclinic. He was a Member of the Board of Directors at the Hellenic Neurological Society in the period 2013-2015, he is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the "Hellenic Society of Vascular Diseases", a member of the "World Stroke Organization" and is a Reviewer of Meta Gene (Elsevier) magazine. He specializes in Intraoperative Electroencephalographic Monitoring, Multiple Sclerosis and Vascular Strokes. He was a Doctor of the Adolescent Mental Health Unit of the General State Hospital of Athens, from 1986 to 1987, Curator B of the Neurological Department of GPNA LAIKO, and Scientific Officer of the Neurological Department of GPNA LAIKO, from 1996 to 1997.
